My name is Carin Jacobsson, also known as Petite Caja or only Caja online. I was born 1987 in a small town in Sweden but have always been more of a big city girl. I still live in Sweden but I would love to move somewhere else, I'm I am fascinated by culture and different cultures.
I've studied a little bit of this and that: group & social psychology, digital imaging, disability & cultural life, journalism and project leading. All of that and more is included in my bachelor of arts from Lund university: cultural science with specialization in cultural administration.
I have in my spare time organised exhibitions, concerts and small festivals. I've been the editor in chief for two youth magazines, one which I founded myself when I was 17 and got 60 000 sek to run for a year. Nowadays I mostly run my online art group, which I also founded. It now has over 1800 members.
I really like evolving ideas and solving problems, that is why I love organising festivals and events. You never know when something will go wrong and you need to come up with a quick solution. Like one time when we had a band with 11 members and realised just hours before the event that the stage was too small. Before the concert started the issue was solved.
In my spare time I listen to music (everything from Within Temptation to Lana Del Rey), I photograph, watch TV (like Hart of Dixie and Criminal minds) and I make jewellery (mostly earrings). Something I would love to do more though is travel, so I wouldn't mind a job with lots of travelling.
My strenghts: imaginative, fair, diplomatic, organisational. I also hold my head cool when in a stressful situation at an event.
My weaknesses: No driver's license. I have only worked as a theatre leader and with a little bit of this and that.
If you want to know more please take a look at my resume.
I'd love to hear from you!
